Available Jobs: Homebased Online English Teachers
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Major in English/Teaching/Training or equivalent (LET passer is a plus).
- Preferably has at least 1 yr. experience in man-to-man or online teaching.
- English Language Proficient. Must be able to teach oral and written English communication skills effectively to Koreans. (American accent is a must.)
- Must be skillful in using PC and Internet applications.
- Have a good quality computer and Internet broadband connection (not WiFi).
- Good moral character, responsible, flexible, dynamic, pleasing personality, resourceful and can work with minimum supervision.
- 20-40 years old
The successful candidates will be tasked to perform the following:
- Teach Korean students good and comprehensive English via reading, listening and comprehension exercises
- Conduct free classes and level tests for potential students
- Conduct online English classes as assigned by the Korean management
- Prepare evaluation reports of the students’ performance
- Submit daily and weekly progress reports to management
- Enhance students’ skill level in conversational English
- Develop students’ communicative skills and critical thinking ability
- Vary teaching strategies according to various students’ capacities or levels of learning (starter, beginner, intermediate)
Note:
- We offer PC loans to qualified applicants who don’t have a computer.
- This maybe a home-based job but this is a regular job. (We pay on a monthly basis not per class.)
- Compensation: P14,000-20,000 (depends on skills)
- Salaries will be received through bank transfer.
- Available shifts: Monday to Friday, 2-11pm and 12nn-9pm
