Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any of the following courses:
- Business Administration, Marketing, Creative Writing or Communication
- Must have 1 year work experience
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Creative, innovative, resourceful and has strong initiative and drive
- Excellent computer skills: is an expert user of MS Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- An effective multi-tasker who gets things done and is willing to work the hours needed to do so
- Can spot opportunities immediately and act on them
- A fast but thorough learner
Responsibilities:
- Identify editorial strategies; write online content such as blurbs, announcements, QoTD (question of the day), features (write a content on featured blogs), FAQ pages, and other information pages; and moderate user content in blogs, forums or online discussions.
- Promote service, events and product upgrades (relating to online communities).
- Monitor user behaviors/perceptions and respond directly to user inquiries and concerns.
- Organize, and participate in data gathering activities, such as: simple online surveys, focus groups, EBs, online discussions, etc.
- Initiate strategies and plans and present it to internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate relationships between the vendor and users through recommending avenues for communities to communicate their feedback effectively.
