Intern (OJT) in Software Development (Summer 2009)
We are offering Summer Internships to Software Developers!
We are looking for individuals who are interested in:
- Open Source Technologies
- LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP/Perl/Python) Software Development
What to expect!
As a dotPh intern, you will be given a real project to work on that will shape into as part of one of our products.
dotPH is a learning environment. You will see everything that happens within the web industry, from:
- Product architecture and user interface design,
- To coding, testing and documentation,
- Marketing, sales and customer support
You will receive mentoring from dotPh team leaders and learn about:
- Web Develoment,

What we require from you!
Required experience:
- Outstanding coding skills
- Excellent organizational, decision-making, and communication skills
- Excellent grades and a track record of success
Experience with any of the following is also helpful:
- Programming experience in a Unix environment
- Test-driven development
- MVC Frameworks
- User interface design
- Web Services
- MySQL
- Expertise in relational databases and SQL
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS
- Subversion!
